Last Wednesday was the 12th and last round of the BTCC Cup organized by Göteborgs Internet Racing League and VGP.se on rFactor2. This was our first official participation in the league and we are very satisfied with the progress done. Season started with Georgi’s victory on first round, It showed that given the conditions the team could deliver good results. First quarter of season was about getting to know the car and learning how to setup it properly. In the middle of season the team improved and started fighting more consistent putting both drivers in position points. There were incidents and some rounds lost but on track our drivers were showing great pace. Last race showed a great improvement with both of our drivers fighting for podium positions, changing weather conditions did the race very interesting, check the final race replay:
Our drivers Georgi and Oliver finished 7th and 15th in the general standings and the team finished 1 point behind the fight for the top 5. We aim for better results in next season and being championship contenders!
